Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant

High Plains Veterinary Clinic is looking for a smiling, compassionate, self-motivated, team player to assist in the care of animals. The candidate will enjoy working with animals, be customer care oriented, able to maintain a friendly, low-stress atmosphere, pay attention to detail, and work well in a fast-paced environment. We will train the right candidate.
We are a busy small animal practice that fosters a friendly, energetic, and compassionate team environment, open Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays. * Veterinary experience and animal handling skills
* Proficiency with veterinary terminology and basic veterinary technician duties
* Strong customer service and pet care communication; kennel or animal husbandry exposure preferred
